Based in Birmingham and with over 40 years experience, RJH Plastics Limited is a family business specialising in polythene extrusion and conversion.

We extrude and manufacture polythene tubing and bags to the highest possible standard and upon request will tailor make products to our customers requirements to provide them with the perfect packaging solution for their needs.

We believe that with our experience and knowledge of the polythene industry, we are able to provide specialist information to help with your packaging issues and create innovative ideas.

Additives

Additives are available with most of our products. Along with a rainbow of coloured master batch, there are many different additives that we can use to give your product different properties. These additives that we have available are High Slip, Low Slip, UVI, VCI and Biodegradable. Just let us know your requirements and we will see what is available

Logistics

We have our own vehicle and driver enabling us to control lead time. Through the use of Couriers, we are able to ensure that our products are delivered to a wide area within the UK providing the best service possible. After all, we do pride ourselves on customer relations

Polythene Bags

We can manufacture polythene bags as Bottom-Welded, Side-Welded and Mixed Weld (Skirt Side Weld). They are also be Flat Flush Top, Side or Bottom Gusseted. Fold Over Flap with or without a self adhesive strip and Wicketed Bags are available. We also stock a full range of Self-Seal Bags

Film on The Roll

Polythene film on the roll is available in various formats including Lay-Flat Tubing (LFT), Centre Fold Sheet (CFS), Single Wound Sheet (SWS), Double Wound Sheet (DWS) and J-Fold Sheet (JFS). The film can be general purpose or shrink film, and we can add various additive master batch depending on your requirements
